I began climbing on the Gritstone edges of Derbyshire and have been lucky enough to spend many happy summers climbing in the Alps on amazing granite. My favourite climbs include Fidel Fiasco on the Aiguille du Blatiere and État Du Choc on the Petit Clocher du Portalet.

I have extensive experience in rock climbing and mountaineering. Some of my favourite routes include the Nose on El Capitan, Moonlight Buttress in Zion National Park, USA, as well as many great routes in the European Alps. These include the Peuterey Integral to the summit of Mont Blanc and climbing the Grand Montets Ridge to the summit of the Aiguille Verte, where I even had the experience of sleeping on the summit.

I particularly enjoy climbing on the British mountains and sea cliffs. The UK boasts an abundance of adventurous climbing and one of the most spectacular coastlines in the world, stretching 12,252 miles, offering lifetimes of exciting climbing routes.

I prefer to work with small groups of adults, ideally two students to one instructor. However, I can also cater for larger groups such as families and groups of hillwalkers. My goal is to make each day as safe, informative, and enjoyable as possible
